Day 1: Arrival & Intention Setting
Arrival at Denpasar Airport
After your flight lands in Bali, you will be greeted by our friendly staff and transferred directly to the retreat center in Ubud, nestled amidst lush tropical landscapes.
Check-In & Welcome Ceremony
Settle into your serene accommodation, where tranquility and comfort await you. Later, we'll gather for a traditional Balinese welcome ceremony, a purification ritual to set your intention for the retreat.
Evening Gentle Yoga
Ease into the flow of the retreat with a gentle sunset yoga session focused on grounding and relaxation, followed by a nourishing dinner crafted with love and locally sourced ingredients.
Day 2: Root to Rise
Morning Vinyasa Yoga
Begin your day with an energizing vinyasa flow that helps you align your body, breath, and mind. The yoga session will focus on opening the hips and heart to bring awareness to your internal energy.
Organic Farm Tour & Lunch
Immerse yourself in the island’s natural beauty with a tour of a local organic farm. Learn about sustainable farming practices in Bali and enjoy a delicious farm-to-table lunch made from fresh, organic ingredients.
Afternoon Sound Healing Session
In the afternoon, relax and restore through a transformative sound healing experience. The vibrations from crystal bowls and other instruments will assist in releasing blockages, calming your nervous system, and soothing your soul.
Evening Restorative Yoga & Meditation
End your day with a gentle, restorative yoga practice and a guided meditation to deepen your relaxation and promote emotional healing.
Day 3: Sacred Waters
Morning Yoga & Meditation
Start your day with a deeply restorative yoga session followed by a guided meditation practice, designed to help you center your thoughts and tap into your inner wisdom.
Visit to Tirta Empul (Holy Spring Water Temple)
Today we embark on a sacred journey to the renowned Tirta Empul Temple. Here, you’ll participate in a traditional water purification ceremony, believed to cleanse the body and soul. The experience will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed, and spiritually nourished.
Afternoon Journaling Workshop
After the temple visit, you’ll engage in a reflective journaling session. Guided prompts will help you process the day's experiences and deepen your understanding of the inner journey you're embarking on.
Evening Restorative Yoga & Breathwork
Wind down with a calming restorative yoga practice paired with breathwork techniques to release any tension and find stillness within.
Day 4: Elemental Exploration
Morning Yoga & Meditation
Begin your day with a heart-opening yoga session designed to awaken your inner energy and ignite creativity.
Waterfall Hike
Venture into the jungles of Bali to discover some of the island’s hidden waterfalls. The trek will take you through stunning nature trails, where you can enjoy the cool mist of the waterfalls, connecting deeply with the earth's natural rhythm.
Forest Meditation & Cold Plunge
After the hike, take a moment to sit in meditation surrounded by the sounds of nature. For those who are feeling brave, enjoy a refreshing cold plunge in the natural spring pools, an invigorating experience that helps to clear the mind and reset the body.
Free Time for Rest & Spa
After an active day, enjoy some downtime at the retreat center. Pamper yourself with an optional spa treatment or simply relax and unwind by the pool.
Day 5: Fire & Flow
Morning Yoga & Journaling
Start your day with a mindful vinyasa session focused on strength and flow. Following yoga, we’ll gather for a group journaling session, setting powerful intentions for the second half of the retreat.
Balinese Fire Ceremony
Today, we honor the transformative power of fire with a sacred Balinese fire ceremony. You will be guided by a local priest to release negative energy and create space for new beginnings.
Afternoon Free Time
Enjoy an afternoon of personal time to reflect, explore, or indulge in self-care. Whether you choose to relax in the beautiful surroundings or visit a local artisan market, the choice is yours.
Evening Connection Circle & Dinner
Gather with fellow participants for a heart-centered connection circle, where we’ll share experiences and deepen our bonds. Dinner will be a joyful celebration of the journey we’ve shared so far.
Day 6: Ocean Day
Morning Yoga at Sunrise
Begin the day with a peaceful sunrise yoga session by the ocean. As the sun rises over the horizon, feel the energy of the water and sky invigorate your soul.
Trip to Virgin Beach
We’ll travel to the untouched beauty of Virgin Beach, one of Bali’s best-kept secrets. You’ll have the option to relax, swim, or snorkel in the crystal-clear waters, connecting with the healing energy of the ocean.
Afternoon Leisure at the Beach
Enjoy a leisurely afternoon on the beach. Take time to reflect, read, or simply be present with nature.
Sunset Meditation
As the sun sets, we’ll come together for a guided beach meditation, grounding ourselves and appreciating the beauty of the ocean.
Day 7: Integration & Celebration
Morning Integration Yoga
Today’s session will be a flow that integrates all of the practices from the week. The focus will be on honoring your body, mind, and spirit as one unit.
Group Workshop: Reflect & Reconnect
We’ll spend the afternoon in a group workshop, integrating everything we’ve learned and experienced during the retreat. You’ll also have the opportunity to share any insights gained throughout the week.
Closing Celebration & Dinner
As the retreat comes to a close, we’ll celebrate our shared journey with a special dinner under the stars. Together, we’ll honor the growth and transformation we’ve experienced during our time in Bali.
Day 8: Farewell
Final Sunrise Yoga
Rise early for one last sunrise yoga session, connecting deeply with gratitude for the time spent in Bali.
Farewell Breakfast
After yoga, we’ll share a final breakfast together before preparing for departure.
Airport Transfers
Our staff will transport you back to Denpasar Airport for your return flight, carrying with you the peace and transformation you've nurtured throughout the week.
