Day 2: Andean Wisdom & Ceremony

Visit to local village for a traditional despacho ceremony with Andean shamans (offerings to Pachamama)
Cultural immersion and sacred fire meditation in the evening
Day 3: Pisac Ruins & Local Market
Morning yoga with breathwork
Guided exploration of Pisac ruins, known for their ancient agricultural terraces and ceremonial sites
Visit Pisac artisan market to connect with local art and crafts
Optional sound healing session in the evening
Day 4: Journey to Ollantaytambo
Flow yoga & mindful walking meditation
Explore Ollantaytambo, a sacred city with powerful Incan energy and a massive stone fortress
Afternoon free for rest or a riverside café
Evening cacao ceremony with guided heart-opening practices
Day 5: Train to Aguas Calientes
Morning group intention practice
Scenic train ride along the Urubamba River to Aguas Calientes, the gateway to Machu Picchu
Evening relaxation & prep for the big day ahead
Day 6: Sunrise at Machu Picchu
Early morning guided visit to Machu Picchu, the iconic Lost City of the Incas
Optional short hike to the Sun Gate (Inti Punku)
Silent meditation in the ruins
Return train ride to Sacred Valley in the evening
Day 7: Integration Day
Gentle yoga and breathwork to process the Machu Picchu experience
