Refund policy

At Arrow & Sage LLC, we are committed to providing you with transformative travel experiences and unforgettable retreats. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible in the event you need to cancel or modify your booking. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Retreat Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that life can sometimes lead to unexpected changes. To ensure fair treatment for all travelers, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

More than 60 days before the retreat start date: You may cancel your booking for a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee.
30 to 60 days before the retreat start date: Cancellations made within this window will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat price.
Less than 30 days before the retreat start date: Unfortunately, no refunds are available for cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date. We encourage you to consider travel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances.
2. Transfer to Another Retreat
If you are unable to attend a retreat, you may transfer your booking to another upcoming retreat (subject to availability), provided the transfer request is made at least 30 days before the original retreat start date. A $50 transfer fee will apply.

3. Custom Travel and Tours
For custom travel arrangements or tours, the following refund policy applies:

More than 60 days before the trip start date: You are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable costs incurred for the planning of your itinerary (such as deposits to hotels or third-party vendors).
30 to 60 days before the trip start date: You may cancel your custom trip and receive a 50% refund, minus non-refundable expenses.
Less than 30 days before the trip start date: No refunds are available for cancellations within 30 days of departure.
4. Emergency or Illness
In the event of a medical emergency or illness that prevents you from attending, we may consider offering a partial refund or rescheduling your retreat, depending on the circumstances. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment and cover such situations.

5. No-Shows and Early Departures
If you do not show up for the retreat or tour, or if you choose to leave early, no refunds will be provided for the missed time or activities.

6. Special Circumstances
We understand that extenuating circumstances may arise, and we will review any exceptional cases on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to discuss your specific situation.

7. Booking Changes
Changes to your booking (such as changes in accommodation type, dates, or special requests) must be made at least 14 days before the retreat or trip start date. While we will make every effort to accommodate your requests, changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
